It also causes early on set dementia. My fiancé looked into it. I’ve been on it for years. Me memory is shot. And the withdrawals if u don’t have it or try to stop it is horrible. Just don’t even start it or stop before it’s too bad

So interesting reading the comments and seeing how everyone reacts to it differently. I take it at night for ocd. Helps me relax so I don’t start compulsively thinking and getting up. Also helps when I have pain from my autoimmune issues. But I only take it when needed.

Reacher Gabapentin please. I was on it for years ... I had withdraws when came off it 4 years ago, it is linkedd to dementia and memory loss . It is a anti-seizure medication being used ridiculously off label!!!!!

Gabapentin made me feel absolutely horrible between the dizzy spells, light headedness and brain fog. I switched to pregabalin and it has been a life saver!

Gabapentin was awful when I was on it. I was taking 2400mg a day for my herniated disc in my lower back. I stopped taking it cold turkey, because I wasn’t told other wise, and my withdrawals were awful for a week and a half. It’s fascinating how doctors so freely prescribe it.
