wait i think i agree that an iced hot chocolate and chocolate milk is different. it depends how they make it bc i think chocolate milk is from a carton but hot chocolate is from the powder and milk

Iced hot chocolate is an actual thing 🧍♂️it is richer in flavor and uses cocoa powder and melted chocolate whereas chocolate milk is powdered or syrup chocolate in milk and has a lighter flavor
