I never let Black, Hispanic and White kids desparage me. i made fun of them back. For Black kids, I said, "you dont like this? go eat some government cheese then!" for Mexicans, "well, ur food looks like 💩. beans? 🤣 looks like 💩" and for Whites, "Your food looks plain. is that why your family enjoys taco night?" i was a kid, too. they all attacked and mocked the Asian refugees who were extremely poor and had nothing.

Ukrainian here! grew up eating chicken feets! Now at least once and week. 38 and not a wrinkle in site! 🥰. Great addition to bone broth as well.

Wife makes a Vietnamese dish called Bun bo hue with the blood cake. It is delicious. Had the chicken feet on Korea it also was tasty 😳

Being latino we do have a few of these dishes in common, chicken feet, blood pudding and pig intestines. Albeit prepared differently

Dried fish is so good BECAUSE it's salty and fishy. I'm not huge on feet to chew on but it's the best thing for soup stock
