I’ve lost all on my leaves on one of my acers this summer.. the trunk is still green, so will they return this season? Or do I leave it in plant hospital corner until next spring?

My neighbour has theirs in full sun, doesn’t water them and they are flourishing with no leaf crisp. Mine is in the shade and watered regularly and still got fried this summer! The leaves have luckily just come back.

My indoor Acer thrives, and for me, I think it looks lovely. It’s in a window sill with only 2-3 hours of sunrise, a window which we open each day for breeze and he’s happily growing much faster and better than my outdoor ones ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ohhh can you advise on any tips plz. I've got a big problem at the minute, which are eating everything & I mean everything. Its not the normal culprits Slugs etc. Yes they are even eating my Acer & shes still a baby. ....... Caterpillars . Everything, my roses, acer, sunflowers etc. 🙄 Any help & advise for these would be appreciated very much. 👍💞
