thank you for this. Ive personally never had to experience this, but my mom has with her ex (my brothers dad) and she told me that she believed it would get "better" until she finally left, byt its so important to know that the SECOND he puts his hands on you, that's your sign to run. it's only going to get worse is you stay, sadly :(
