shouldn't have happened, but good to see the last cop own it instead of doubling down. most of the time these end with the cops fabricating another justification for the stop or charges of "resisting"

CT Trooper Brian Fahey spit in a civilians face. They arrested the victim, and told him on camera, that a police officer can spit on a civilians face and it is not considered assault, but if a civilian spits on an officer, he will be arrested charged with assault. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
