Unfortunately, for the flight crews when you get up in age, it becomes a safety issue. What if there is a in flight emergency and they have to evacuate. Pilots time out at 65. It’s purely a safety issue. She could’ve rotated to crew scheduling or something on the ground.

🤔🤔🤔 She needs to retire. Make way for new flight attendants. For safety reasons, she needs to retire. The airline may have offered her a pension, but she declined, and it didn't take long for Delta Airlines to take action. She's already moved on. My opinion, which no one asked for, is that it's time for her to enjoy her life with her loved ones.

We have an 83 year old frail man whoncan barely walk working on our ramp but the management keeps him bc they know he needs a sense of purpose. Cargo not commercial. He can do limited things and is reliable.

😱😱😱omg Miss Bette was a legend on AA ✈️I can’t believe this happened on her . To be honest she is a symbol of resilience and respect and loyalty on the aviation industry and they have to respect some many years of dedication to thousands customers and the company so sad 😳😞😭👎🏽

All I am going to say is that Delta wouldn’t do her that dirty. Let’s say they wanted to get rid of her because of numerous violations due to her limitations and safety implications, they would have given her the option to either retire or resign. It sounds like she refused that because of her income and active employee benefits. So is this on her and she is trying to find people to feel sorry for her or did they really do this to her 🤔
