Why is it that only healthcare professionals can’t post on social media? The world wants to know why nurses leave the bedside? This is it. Not enough pay. Overworked. They aren’t allowed to be frustrated. If they aren’t using patient information… how did they get fired? Providing unsafe care is reason to fire.. not a tiktok.

This place has some flaws for sure. I had a pt here that needed inpt infusions instead of outpt because he has autism and needs extra attention. Hosp admin tried to kick him out for costing the hosp too much money

As a labor nurse, i understood some ofnehat thay were saying BUT i also understand that patients are scared, exhausted and venerable and give them a lot of grace. I would never complain about them on tiktok. It would break my heart if one of my patients saw it and didnt feel safe with me

I have four children. Three of the four were horrible because of the nurses. When my first was born, my husband came back in the room pissed after he went and got something to eat for us. He overheard the nurses laughing about me on his way back to the room. It wasn't Emory, but this bs happens everywhere.

i keep telling people some things are best left unsaid. i saw an MA who complained that some of her primary care pt use the restroom frequently (there are several medical reason for this most common being UTI) i cant imagine making fun of someone for something they cant help..

As a nursing student who wants nothing more than to work in L&D GOOD. wtf, asking how much a baby weighs is an “ick” is WILD. And they sound lazy as hell, yeah pt push the call light, mine do on the Post-Surgical PCU to and it’s tiring but it’s our JOB to care for them.

It sad as someone who wants to do L&D nursing and this is some of the nurses we see. These moms are vulnerable. They are in pain. Their experience shouldn’t be devalued on social media. There should be better communication between pt and nurses yes but that doesn’t mean go on social media and post icks about your pts. That’s unprofessional. Ur pt can find it and feel a certain way
