Yes, the city is pleasant and well-developed, but the local government and administrative staff aren’t very accommodating—especially toward students who live in CDO but study outside the city. When it comes to accessing essential public services, like free rabies vaccinations or other community programs, they tend to prioritize only those enrolled in colleges and universities within the city. It’s disheartening, considering we’re residents too and equally deserving of support.

I have this guy that always ko pong nakakasama po sa transpo papuntang school noon. Same subdi lang rin po kami(Virginia village Iponan, CDO) I think he's an engineering student po, I'm not sure. He wears glasses po, then he's moreno. Baka po may nakaka familiar, I don't know his name kasi eh. mag fofour weeks ko narin siyang hindi nakikita, misss na missss ko naaaaa. ay HAHAHA
