@edka_1213: Creamy Cajun Chicken Linguine with Garlic Mozzarella Sauce Ingredients: 8 oz linguine 2 chicken breasts, sliced 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper to taste Optional: chopped parsley for garnish Preparation: Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning. Cook in olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. Sauté garlic in the same pan, then add cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in mozzarella until melted and smooth. Add cooked chicken and pasta, toss to coat. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
