@busezeynep: AD Cheetle Chicken Buns with @FLVR_Global 🥙⬇️ #işbirliği For the crispy chicken: • 2 pieces of chicken breast • 2 eggs • Half a pack of crushed Cheetos • 1 tablespoon olive oil For the dough: • Half a pack of Cheetos • 450 g flour • 10 g dry yeast • 1 egg • Salt • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce • 1 tablespoon butter • For the bun topping: Cheetle • 1 egg yolk For the filling: • Chicken • Lettuce • Cheddar sauce • Pickles • Onion -Crush the Cheetos either in a food processor or by hand. This way, you’ll get Cheetle 🧡👍🏼 -I coated the chicken in Cheetle and baked it at 180°C. -For the buns, I kneaded the dough with Cheetle. Then I let it rise. After that, I divided the dough into 14 pieces. I shaped each by hand, rolled it out slightly with a rolling pin, folded it in half, brushed it with egg yolk, and topped it with Cheetle.
