Some extremely conservative religious people save alllllll physical everything (ie kissing, front hugs, more…) for the wedding day so they end up dating a short time and get engaged so fast and fast wedding. I have college friends who proposed with a simple watch and they got married a year after they started dating and first kiss wedding day. I have another college friend who didn’t get to kiss his wife since his wedding day and he has maybe been aloud to kiss her maybe 8 times in 14 years. She is a sexual bit of course nobody knew because no kissing before marriage nonsense. She was raised supper religious her parents sleep in seporate rooms her whole life and they are still together. I personally think the no hugging and kissing makes you speed up dating/engagement times and leads to either divorice or trapped in a bad marriage!
