@chaewonn.mo: Have you ever seen a painting that feels like a dream at sunset or a silent night covered in snow? That’s the magic of Tsuchiya Koitsu, a Japanese artist born in 1870. He spent nearly 20 years learning from a master of light and shadow, and it shows in every print he made. His art became part of the Shin-Hanga movement, where tradition met modern beauty. Koitsu's prints glow — temples under moonlight, castles in the rain, lanterns reflecting on wet stone. They don’t just show places... they make you feel them. #foryourpage #4u #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #tsuchiyakoitsu #anime #painting #japaneseart #art #megurukisetsu

Koitsu didn’t create anime, his use of lighting, emotion, and atmosphere helped shape the visual style we see in anime today. Artists like Studio Ghibli and Makoto Shinkai carry the same peaceful, poetic mood in their worlds.
