RUDY CHOIRUDIN: Cake Kuno ini, Super Enak Tanpa Gagal, Mudah Lagi, Yuk ReCOOK Biar Ga Penasaran❤️ ❤️PROLL TAPE KOENO❤️ Resep Rudy Choirudin YT: RC Tv RUDY CHOIRUDIN TV Bahan 1: (aduk rata) 180 g Tepung terigu 1 sdt Baking powder Bahan 2:(mixer hg halus) 200 g Tape Singkong yg kuning dan manis potong potong 75 ml Susu Cair Bahan 3: 70 g Butter/Mentega 30 g Margarine 80 g Krim keju (bisa dg keju spread) 150 g Gula 2 butir Telur Cara Membuat: - campur bahan 1 hg rata benar - Mixer tape hg halus masukan susu sedikit demi sedikit hg tape lembut - Kocok semua bahan 3 kecuali telur hg putih mengembang - Masukan tepung berselang seling dg tape hg semua bahan masuk dan habis - Isi dg kenari, Kismis yg di rendam (bisa juga tambahkan keju atau potongan prunes) aduk rata - Masukan dalam cetakan jika anti lengket bisa langsung, jika tidak bisa di oles dg margarine dan di tabur tepung - Masuk adonan 3/4 penuh kemudian oven temperatur 180”C selama 45 menit hg merumuskan mengembang dan mulai kekuningan - Angkat, keluarkan dr cetakan - Enak di hidangkan hangat atau dingin Tips: 1: tape harus di lembutkan terlebih dahulu agar sesuai kelembutannya dg adonan butter yg sudah di kocok agar dapat bercampur baik 2: masukan kocokan tape harus berselang seling dg tepung agar adonan tidak mudah jatuh dan bisa bercampur baik 3: Oven harus sudah panas pada saat adonan di masukan untuk menghindari butter melted dan bantat #rudychoirudin #resepcake #resepkue #resep #caketape
