I’m currently in a war with Aetna (dental) for lying to me continuously that they didn’t receive requested info. Each time I call they finally say “oh I see it now”. It’s all a lie.

I fought one for two years. Finally had an agent that took the time to look into it. A hour later, she found it. However, it took over 6 months to finally get a check and they sent it to the patient 🤦🏼♀️Which, btw, hadn't paid their part yet🙄. In the end, patient paid.
