"What did I do?" "We got a figure that out" Isn't an appropriate response... An officer cannot cuff or restrain you without a valid reason. They must state what you did clearly otherwise it's unlawful for them to detain you, even search you. They refused to tell her what crime she committed so it was an unlawful arrest
