as someone who has worked in the service industry since they were 16 (now 23) i have grown SO MUCH from the time i started at starbucks to now being a bartender who makes 6figs. Dunkin is not a 5 star fine dining experience. Dunkin employs a lot of minors, a lot of people who work part time and this is their 2nd job, pays slightly above minimum wage, etc. I don’t think you were rude at all, but you went through the drive through and didn’t really know what you wanted. If you wanted to take your time and get a better customer experience i suggest going inside instead of holding up a drive through line and trying to ask a million questions to a worker who is probably multitasking while trying to take your order. and while yes.

You had the name right there next time just read it off girl 😵💫 we’re not on your side with this one. Also repeating that they get paid to know makes you sound entitled and like they should read your mind omg

Obviously the employee didn’t understand, but instead of explaining you threw a fit on social media. You could’ve just pulled up to the window and showed them the screenshot, or have just ordered on the app and avoid this situation to begin with
