Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.” Full Recipe: For the sauce: * 1½ cups low-fat cottage cheese * 1½ cups Parmesan cheese * 1 cup Fairlife skim milk * ¼ cup pasta water * 1 tsp garlic * ½ tsp salt * 2 tsp Italian seasoning Steps: 1. Boil your pasta according to the box instructions. 2. Butterfly 24 oz chicken breast, season, and cook until done. Dice it up once it’s cooked. 3. Blend your sauce ingredients until smooth. 4. On low heat, add the sauce to your pan. if the sauce gets too hot, the cheese lipids will break and turn grainy and it won’t stick to your pasta well. That’s what happened in my recipe, but, I couldn’t bother re-filming haha. Then add the pasta. Then fold in the chicken. 5. Optional: Mix in some cooked broccoli or spinach to sneak in some greens
