I really admire your work and I truly enjoy your podcasts. Could I ask you something?"
Could excessive sun exposure damage mitochondria due to oxidative stress from free radicals?
Do you think this effect is universal, or does it depend on factors like skin type, age, or overall mitochondrial health?

If this were true wouldn’t we expect people living nearer the equator to have more energy / better life expectancy than people who experience much less sunlight, nearer the poles?

I am always amazed at how science validates wisdom teachers like Yogananda. He advocates a 20 minute “sunbath” per day for energy as well. 😁

If the infrared light can pass all the way through our bodies, does it also pass through clothing? does the sunlight need to be "on our skin" or if we're wearing light clothing do we also get the benefits?

How do you measure the response from increased infrared exposure? Is it just anecdotal evidence that people "feel" more energetic?
