I know women can sweat and smell bad but yet I have never smelled a woman at the gym from a distance, yet there are guys at my class who sweat a lot and I keep getting whiffs of them (I know it’s natural and they can’t help it etc), but I’d really prefer not to have to smell anyone.

its the slamming of plates for me 😭😭 I'm HSP though so I don't like sounds of like popping balloons or fireworks and the plates slamming sound the same way

Yeeessss! I walked out of a gym one day. I was on the elliptical and had ear buds in at high volume. 2 dudes come in and head over to the weights. Uuuugggghhhhhh, uuugghhhhhh, uuggghhhh. Lower your weight and up your reps if you're struggling that much. 🙄
