It gets better! It’s just a phase. Keep taking her out, she has to get used to being out and about. We have so many friends that don’t take there kids anywhere and when they do they are horrible. Also fake flowers are always so expensive!

HeyCarrieB :
It depends why she’s yelling… sometimes she was just trying out her voice so I could whisper back to her and she’d try to mimic. Sometimes it was boredom so redirecting to a book or toy or something helped. And sometimes she just wanted my attention and that was the hardest. I think she was used to being the center of attention and that faded as she got older, which she did NOT like.

My little sister would scream constantly for no reason too. We found her something else to kind of take her energy out on instead of screaming. She loved to finger paint and it kind of helped with the yelling.

She could be going through growing pains? Or she could be getting her back molars early as well. Talk to your pediatrician

Always search online for coupons at the craft stores to bring down the price of those flowers! Also, dollar tree routinely has them (though I think the quality at the craft stores is better/they’re cuter—but the DT version makes for good filler flower!)

I always had to be prepared to abandon whatever it was we were doing to keep it consistent. Thus phase will end but don’t worry another will be right around the corner 😳 Handling this pregnant and by yourself mostly has to be hard. She will thrive - big deep breaths! You were right by my house today

I have a 2 year old, and girl, we’re STILL going through it. 🥲 I find that he’s better when we keep him busy and his mind/body stimulated. I would carry a small backpack full of fidget toys, a light board, etc. especially when going out to eat. I have a teen too, so know it does get better!

You’re doing great it’s just that stage. I personally didn’t entertain or acknowledge the tantrums/fits. I would walk away but keep them in my sight. It will pass, promise!

I’ve literally never seen anyone look so good pregnant. You are so beautiful! Try redirecting Summer when she screams.

Sometimes they get locked in on the screaming and need a redirect. I use to take a deep breath fill my cheeks with air and poke them puffing the air out and make silly faces. Worked for both my kids they would start laughing and try to do it themselves.

I would have her checked out for an ear infection. That’s the only time my kids were really fussy.

My youngest screamed all of the time. So much so that we called her mcscreamy 😅 looking back we think she was just in a constant growth spurt. At 18 months she was measuring 3ft tall.

Maybe she has a food sensitivity? Milk, gluten, other? Can cause elitism symptoms, especially if there’s pain. Good luck ❤
