I have two dogs. You CAN USE MINOXIDIL. I’m so tired of the fear mongering online. Nothing is going to be cheaper and more effective. Everything else people try to sell you is snake oil. It is very easy to safely use minoxidil. My vet and doctors confirmed this.

You could possible have a vitamin d deficiency, I started losing so much hair and I went to see a doctor, they took my labs and I was dangerously low in vitamin d. Once I started supplementing (5000 units daily) my hair started to come back within a few months!

I’ve tried so many products and they work very very little to nothing.. but stressing less consuming more protein and doing a upside down scalp massage for atleast 5 mins daily has helped my hair get fuller and grow faster way more than any product has.

How often are you wearing a slick back? Pulling your weaker hair around your hairline back more than once a week can cause traction alopecia even if you don’t think it’s uncomfortable (I’m a hairstylist)

Get a full blood panel and thyroid panel done, make sure you barn deficient in anything. Also no more slick back ponies if you wear them a lot. Also, wash hair more frequently if you go many days without washing your hair. Build up can hard follicles.
