I do the dinner tip! I’d eat very light if I know I’m going to dinner/ eating out, and I’d eat as much at dinner as I’m satiated, save the rest for next day, I usually feel for it the next day and that way I don’t over eat or either days and get a yummy meal for two days haha

I love taking "bad for you" leftovers home! If it's enough for a meal, then I'll have it for lunch instead of dinner. I feel like it gives my body more time to burn it off than if I have it just a few hours before bed. Probably doesn't actually make a difference, but it makes me feel better 😄 Then I just have a light, veggie filled dinner!

My biggest problem is calorie counting. I find it soso hard. Several times when I use an app, it ends up wrong and I have to redo it. And if something doesn't have a barcode I have no idea how to get it on the app. It's so overwhelming I hate it so much 💔

I bring my leftovers home and usually freeze them (if I can) so I can still enjoy them when I want and not feel like I wasting a good meal- or my partner and I order one entree and split it so we don’t overindulge but still enjoy a good meal
