Here's my witchy two cents. I think jumping to "demonic" conclusions is always a little ridiculous. Also people forget there are other spirits in the woods/near the woods/etc. Also entities or other spirits won't always look like humans or may look similar but that doesn't mean their "evil". It's always best to lean toward caution but it could be anything from a child's spirit wanting to join other children, to a fae type, and who knows *maybe* some wicked.
