I am merely making this for fun and wanted to share it too! ૮₍´˶• . • ⑅ ₎ა Recipe 𖥔 ݁ ˖ ✦ ‧₊˚ ⋅ ✩ 2 eggs, seperated ✩ 2 cups milk ✩ 1 cup heavy cream ✩ 1/3 cup sugar ✩ 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (I used vanilla paste) ✩ 7 drops blue coloring In my previous video, I had used 1 green. its still pretty but it'll be more turquoise if you want to go for that. other than that, stick with 7 sky blue for this color ✩ Sea Salt, to taste *Preferably use a hand or stand mixer but whisking by hand can work (it'll take a bit) 1. Seperate the egg yolks and egg whites in 2 bowls. 2. Whisk together yolks and sugar. 3. In a sauce pan, heat up milk until boiling and slowly pour in the yolk mixture while whisking constantly to avoid coagulating the egg yolks. 4. Return the milk yolks mixture to the pan and cook on low, stirring to ensure it doesn't coagulate. Cook until custard like consistency. Be patient! You'll know its done by coating the back of a spoon and swiping it. If the liquid doesn't run too quickly u are set to go! It should stick where u swiped it and not flow off. 5. While you wait for ur custard mixture to cook, in your egg white bowl, whip it up until light, foamy. Soft foamy peaks. 6. Slowly pour the hot yolks mixture into the whites, as it whisks (this pasteurizes the whites). 7. Combine on medium low speed and add in heavy cream, vanilla, sea salt to taste, and food coloring. 8. Pour into desired molds and allow to freeze and set! Be sure to stick in the popsicle sticks first before adding ur ice cream liquid! ALSOO if ur salting the top for decoration, be sure to not add to much in the initial ice cream base lol. its very easy to over salt! and use whole fat/whole cream. if you don't, ur ice cream may be more icy than cream as there is less fat present in alternative milks and such 👄
