@spencerpratt: NEWSOM CA STATE PARKS, by acting and/or failing to act, as alleged herein, created a condition that was harmful and dangerous to the health, safety and property of the public, including Plaintiffs, and created a condition which created a fire which damaged and interfered with the Plaintiffs' quiet use and enjoyment of their property. This interference is both substantial and unreasonable.
