I heard some reviews where the user had issues with the id buttons and preferred the coanda buttons, so that's interesting to see how everyone feels so differently for both machines

Thank you, finally someone said something about buttons! I have ID but I tried Shark Flexstyle recently and decided to go with Dyson ID because Shark had buttons down and I couldn’t do it with one hand. I had to go back and forth to turn it off with two hands (one holds the tool while other one turns it off). I keep watching Coandax2 reviews and no one mentioned buttons…

Dyson Germany took my device for reparation services (it was completely functional they told me to send it in for a check because the filter got dirty very fast) and never returned it back to me they offered me a device which is almost 100€ less than what I paid and in a diffrent colour which I absolutly wont accept 🥰 since also mine was a personalised gift in a limited edition with my name engraved on the box. I’ve Been waiting for month for a Solution they wont do anything and now I dont have a device. Never buying anything from Dyson again.

It’s me again! I’m most likely returning as well! I was afraid I wouldn’t like the new round brush and sure didn’t. It leaves my hair with static, however, the airwrap are shorter but my curls last for a days! But it’s the brush and that smoother attachment that aren’t cutting it for me
