I don’t know how the insurance company took 30 days to approve the repair unless it was third-party. and you should be updating the Customer at least once a week to tell him the status of the claim. and the customer is not called bud.

Always ask for receipts and pictures.Body shops tend to blame parts,the Insurance company.Its the body shops too.Instead giving jobs to the techs that are more profecient.They give the job to techs that are lower on the pay rate.Ask for the receipts look and see when the parts arrived.Thats how they justify the delays.

Well, here’s the other deal they take a month to OK the repairs so you should stop all work on all other cars and put his car in front of the other customers that makes no sense Oh yeah, God forbid if there’s any parts issues.! Well handled👍

The insurance companies by Dept of The Insurance, to pay a claim within 30 days ,unless the customer has slim ball attorney to delay , that works with body shops !
