All of this information is great to know what is legal, but ICE is not following laws. They are violently kidnapping anyone they want and withholding info about them while denying their rights entirely.

So, if any of this were currently true, we would be able to call the police and have ICE agents who are breaking the law arrested. We would be seeing reports of ICE agents being taken to court and convicted for breaking the law. However, that’s not the case. She made a lot of statements saying ICE officers cannot do this or that, but they are, and they are not being held accountable. Therefore, what she’s saying was the law, but isn’t now the law—a law is not a law unless it’s enforceable, correct? Or am I wrong?

I’m curious to hear someone talk about the lack of uniformity between officers even within a single group. The casualness of their uniform and lack of consistency seems like maybe not all of them are actual agents, and the fact that their faces are covered adds more concern

Yesterday, they shot at a man and his son for fleeing. They rolled up unidentified in masks and bashed their windows in. It is a pretty normal reaction to run from masked perps trying to smash your windows in.
