Life long asthmatic. I cut the dairy and have no more congestion or asthma. I had an at home nebulizer and all. Dairy was the cause. Now I drink oat or soy milk. Cause I love cereal. 🤣😂 Save your own Life.

Asthma took a greater part of my working years 40 something years and I continue to see Ppl don’t give damn about their lungs 🫁 until they F them up. Since 2002 I have been using Advir 250 I wish I would had Advir it back in the 70s. I had server asthma up 2002 on my death bed at least 7 TG I made it thru 7/29 Tuesday I will be 70 TG.🙏🏿🙏🏿👍🏿
