I grew up in the 90s and I had a lot of friends that partied in that house. Moscow has always been known as a party college. I always thought that they didn’t call at first because there could be some substances in the house, which wouldn’t be anything unusual. Most college students experiment.

I lived in a house with 6 other people in college and we didn’t even have a key to the house. The front and back doors were always unlocked. It’s not that abnormal when that many people live there.
