I asked my NP for a lab requisition to get everything checked. I went to the lab today. After, I came home and took VitD3x5 and B12 and a multi vitamin. I have to be more consistent with my Wellbutrin and vitamins. I had some weird symptoms after I took the first Skyrizi.

💥 Stretching Isn't Fixing Your Shoulder Impingement—This Will 💥 Still stretching your shoulder every day but that painful pinch keeps coming back? Stretching can help mobility, but it doesn't address everything your shoulder needs. 🚨 If your rotator cuff isn't strong enough and your shoulder blade isn't controlling movement properly, you can keep getting the same irritation every time you lift overhead. Why this works: • Improves shoulder joint mobility without forcing the range • Strengthens the rotator cuff for better joint stability • Activates the serratus anterior for better scapular control • Improves overhead mechanics and movement efficiency • Builds the strength your shoulder needs to tolerate load The 3 exercises 👇 1️⃣ Banded Distraction with KB — gently improves shoulder mobility and helps reduce the feeling of compression. 2️⃣ DB ER Off the Knee — strengthens the external rotators to improve shoulder stability and control. 3️⃣ Serratus Wall Slides — trains the serratus anterior and shoulder blade to work together during overhead movement. Don't just stretch the shoulder. Improve the mobility. Build the stability. Train the movement. That's how you start making your shoulder more resilient. ✅ Save this for your next rehab session ✅ Share with someone whose shoulder impingement keeps coming back ✅ Don't forget to follow for more helpful shoulder rehab tips ✅ Want to learn how to fix your shoulder pain for life?
