If you’re getting them from somewhere like Amazon they are likely not very high grade compression. My personal fave brand is Jobst. Their max compression socks make a huge difference

I saw leg compression sleeves recently, and I think it’s game changer bc the foot part of the compression sock is 🗑️and I wanna wear my comfort socks. So look into just the sleeves for your calf’s 🙂↔️🙂↔️

You need to get actual Medical grade compression socks. I've bought socks from Amazon that say they have 30 mmhg and then got my prescription ones and they aren't even CLOSE!

the blood pools at your feed providing more padding. Compression socks force the blood up thus reducing padding on your bones. But your feet won’t feel throbbing from the blood pool

You need ones that fit you right, definitely look around for what works but it’s truly a world of difference… and varicose veins can be genetic unfortunately .
