The state of Delaware is just embarrassing all around. No jobs, the jobs you have are way under paid, nothing to do. If you aren’t a farmer or nurse there’s no hope. That’s a dead state.

Property went up 610.00 school went up 2,600. Last year I paid a combined taxes of 2,900. This year combined is 6,100. This is insane

I've lived here for 35 years. Came here for work, stayed because I had kids. Can't wait to retire and escape. Crime is skyrocketing, taxes going up, schools suck, aggressive drivers everywhere.

I was told in the letter that was sent to me that it was gonna skyrocket it, but my mortgage has skyrocketed all. When is this supposed to be fully implemented in Delaware and all of his residence? Is it starting on January 1 of next year?

This is a huge impact on everybody's life and If there's somebody involved that needs to be held accountable, then there is no reason to hold back any Names, that's how problems continue to escalate and things stay broken.

Love this series ur doing but I am pretty sure the 10% the schools can now do is not every year but every time a reassessment is done which is gonna be every 5 years. Which was a law already in place but what’s new is the reassessments on repeat now. Still ridiculous but not yearly like you stated.

Is Delaware truly a liberal blue State? I got laid off in May. I was denied Medicaid because I make too much from collecting unemployment. They made the cut off point for how much you need to make you get Medicaid 1736 and unemployment at 1800. $23 a month in food stamps were approved. Seems like paying into the system is a scam. Not a true blue State. Also, most blue states rank highly in education. We're ranked very low right?
