From the massive family suites (yes, with a giant net you can actually lay on!) to the family-friendly spa, indoor pool, epic playroom, Matterhorn views, and included breakfast and dinner, it was everything we needed as a traveling family and more. They’ve thought of all the little details too, like mini bathrobes, kid-sized toiletries, and even child-friendly silverware at meals! We felt taken care of from the second we arrived, picked up at the train station and transported straight to the hotel in their electric vehicle.
