Listen if miralax isn’t working you’re not taking enough. I mean you might need an enema to get the hard stuff at this point, but a GI doc told me if someone is headed towards obstruction he does 2 capfuls of miralax and then in 2 hours if it hasn’t worked he does 2 more capfuls & repeats that until they’ve cleared out.
