Yep! And it probably didn’t “go away” you can gain melanin (or tanning) just as easy as losing it, I have the opposite of vitiligo, hyperpigmentation, and some days it’s harder to see than others and that may be what’s going on

There’s a chance it might be but a way to check is wear pants or avoid the sunlight to keep your skin getting tan then check for it if it is still kinda white then it might be or get tan on your leg and then see if if it’s the same color if not then I might not be

I mean it could be, has it grown or anything like have you gotten anymore anywhere because I have vitiligo and mine I get more over time if that makes sense. It could be a birthmark maybe or it could be vitiligo. I'm sorry if I'm not much help I'm going off of my own vitiligo and everything I personally know about it
