Protein snickers bliss balls 🤍 need a sweet treat to prep for the week? These are sosossoo easy, dangerously good 😮‍💨👌 •1/2 cup peanut butter •3/4 cup packed, pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 15-20 min) •1/3 cup peanuts •1/4 cup your fave protein powder (can sub 2-3 tbsp oat flour) •1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt  •1 1/3 cups chocolate chips Note: you can taste the mixture & if your dates didn’t make it sweet enough, you can add a tbsp or two of coconut sugar, monk fruit, etc. if you use maple syrup you may need to add an extra tbsp of flour or protein if they’re too wet to roll into balls! :)  After soaking the dates and hot water, add them to a food processor with the peanut butter, vanilla, & sea salt. Process for a minute or so, until the peanut butter and dates are blended together, and most of the dates have been broken down into a paste. Careful not to over process as the mixture can get a little oily. Then add the protein powder and process again until combined. Then I did the peanuts and pulse a few times, until they’re slightly broken down and distributed.  Roll the mixture into balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Melt the chocolate until smooth, dip each ball, and return to the cookie sheet. Top with crushed peanuts if you want. Place in the freezer for at least two hours to allow them to firm up.
