Finally, cover it with a piece of plastic wrap and roll it up using a rolling pin. Method 2: Mix syrup and water in a 1:1 ratio. You can add a drop of edible food coloring to tint the mixture. Place the wafer paper on a piece of plastic wrap, then brush the syrup mixture onto the surface. After that, brush on a layer of cornstarch.
