well i lost my sense of taste for 8days, and yeah i don't feel like eating anything, something in me died, i can taste the sweetness, sour, saltiness, and spice but not the flavor thing yknow what i mean, i even tried to eat a spoon of salt, i can taste the saltiness but i have no reaction at all, if normal person eat that they will immediately spit it or they will drool
