As per Boeing When loss of thrust is on both engines manuals say Fuel Run to Cutoff and again To Run which the pilots did..

Simulate, just after wheel off ground experience a total electrical and RAT deployed. See whether the both engines fuel are cut off by the wing spar valves which are fail safe to close and U got a dual engine failure. ECAS & standby inst shld be working. Now do the B787 dual engine failure checklist.

It was 625 feet above mean sea level not above ground level. They also clearly did not climb to 625 feet in all the videos taken of the crash
