My middle daughter had shoulder dystocia. Dr had to break her left clavicle and right humerus to get her out. Thank God she is 100% fine 10 years later and a fantastic gymnast. I was told only c- sections if I had another. Had our third baby 2 years ago. I was able to birth him vaginally, but his size was monitored VERY closely the entire pregnancy. How dare your doctor make that statement in front of you, during that traumatic experience.
