I'm sure it's a lot of scam it's just you don't buy treasuries directly or the banks don't buy the treasuries directly but everybody will buy it through the stable coin and probably through the stock market the pension funds etc extending the scam of the US$

Settlement still has to be done at the Fed level. That’s the point of ISO20022. Of course, this will also allow for the digitization of any transaction and for any asset over the XRPL. Man, I don’t know what that’s going to be worth, but it’s probably going to be A LOT!
