I used to teach turbo kick boxing in around 2010 we called that move pump it!!!

It’s just called “pumping it.” But there is a similar one where your arms are open like before a hug and you shake your chest and shoulders back forwards and backwards called shimmying. There also a style called Krumping that is essentially a more expressive, exaggerated, and highly energetic movements ❤️
