I added cumin instead off cinnamon and it tasted terrible!!! So I wouldn’t recommend using “whatever spice you prefer” !

pro tip, swap out rose water and use orange blossom water instead, so much better 🤪also less is more with both of those

people do understand that waffle makers cook on both sides at the same time? just saying you dont need to flip them half way through, great recipie though

So. I think this same process might work for a Dubai pistachio paste waffle. With chocolate sauce to go with like a dipping sauce. Try that? A pistaciwaffle?
