@iluvleo6969 :3:People are religious because they’re too scared to admit that their existence is meaningless and that there is no invisible father who love them no matter what and that after they die, they die for good. People like to believe in the afterlife because it gives a meaning to life and makes people not be scared of death as much. religion used to be useful, it helped us expand as a civilisation. but that was when we were far too uneducated compared to now. but people still choice to believe because they don't realise it. On the other hand there Is still a chance god exists, just not in the way out traditional religions depict it, as we know it, the universe started from the big bang (don't try to deny it because we have concrete evidence), but where did that singularity come from? remains from another universe? every thing has a cause for why it's there, this chain of causes can't go on to infinity, there has to be some kind of unmoved mover that does not get effected by time and space hence the name "unmoved". until we find out, the traditional theory of a supernatural being is our best option. but like all theories, they either are factual or fictional.
