My husband slept while I was in the worst pain, but in his defense I was waiting hours for the anesthesiologist to come and it was 4 am in the morning and I went into labor late at night and he had just gotten off work 🤣. Anesthesiologist finally showed up and I also got to go to sleep. 🙃

I can’t relate I had to force my husband to sleep. He stayed up for 48 hours at one point cause our daughter was in the light bath thing and kept taking her mask off so he stared at her for two days. Not that there is anything wrong with a sleepy partner as long as it’s not hindering your care. We all need sleep. Congratulations guys he is beautiful!

When the nurse came in the second night to do Tommy’s bloodwork, he screamed & cried so hard, it was horrible to listen to. Taj is in the bed next to me, farting, snoring & sleeping like a BABY 😂😭😭

My man is only 25 and he still took naps 🤣 they all old on the inside haha but it’s very taxing on them to see the women they love in so much pain, it’s definitely hard to be a birth partner 🩷

My husband did the same thing he worked all night walked a hour and half to hospital cuz I took myself in labor and slept and when I said it’s time he pounced up and was wide awake lol 👏😂
