I have lost 18 lbs recently and I always eat before I go to bed. I can’t sleep on an empty stomach for many reasons, so I just save a few calories until close to bed. You don’t have to go to bed hungry if you plan correctly for the day.

I do the opposite. I always have a snack before bed and don’t eat until lunch the next day. Whatever works best in a calorie deficit 😊Lost 224 pounds since 2020.

idk. I am losing now and most of the time I am not hungry. In the past I was super hungry...but I am learning when you eat the right amount of protein and dont undereat your carbs and fat...you can lose weight without feeling hungry. For the first time in my life I am experiencing this...and I no longer have cravings. And it is truly an amazing feeling ❤️

Thanks for this. My problem is I can’t sleep when I’m hungry. I think my brain thinks it’s anxiety. So then I’m even hungrier and exhausted and crabby the next day and I binge. 😭

I think the body adapts. The more sugar and food you eat the more of it you want. The body gets used to the new life style with patience and sleeping becomes easier
