I used that in my kitchen in 2009. I sold the place in 2022 and the tile was still stuck on the wall no issues.

Nice job, why go with this over traditional method?

"$34 per roll and it took 3 rolls for that backsplash. Thinset is $25 and would do 3 whole backsplashes. IMO, why spend more to risk it not to work right long term?

they hate it because when you want to replace it you wont do the work to get it off, you will call them have them do the almost impossible task of getting to sheetrock without ripping it down to studs.

Problem I have is it’s too “one chance” for me. Tight gap? No room to easily adjust once it’s stuck

Is this stuff renter friendly? Will it ruin the wall when you pull it off?

EgroegUSMC :
It works great. Only issue is once the tile touches it, the tile is stuck. So you need to make sure you line the tile up perfectly. There is no adjusting the tile once it’s stuck.

I used it on my rental property. I wanted to save money, and they work like a charm. It's been five years, and still not one tile has fallen. And my tenants used a steam cleaner to clean the tiles, as they didn't know it was stuck on, so it does pass the steam clean test.

We used this on our kitchen backsplash in 2017 and it’s still perfect! Zero issues!

He'll yea, this would be great to test out some tile on my kitchen. Have you tried to remove it yet? Curious how hard it is to "undo" if I don't like it.

My only question, will it stick to a textured wall, or do I have to spend hours getting the texture off.
