MINI DONUTS HOLE RECIPE INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup warm milk 1 1/2 tspns yeast 4 tbspns sugar 2 tbpns melted butter/margarine 1 egg 🥚 1 tspn vanilla essence 2 cups flour NB: I doubled the recipe Mix together milk, sugar and yeast cover and let it sit for 15 minutes. Add egg vanilla essence mix and then add flour Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Step 1. Cover and set aside for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Step 2. Cut the dough unto very small portions mould into a ball shape then flatten them abit, repeat the process with the remaining dough. Step 3. Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown Step 4. Once you are done mix together 2 tablespoons milk and 1 cup icing sugar, coat the donuts then rest then in the fridge for 30 minutes.
